Recently, we found that some people who are not from ZB.com used fake official WeChats, telephone and other external contact methods of ZB.com to harass platform customers for fraud activities.
In order to curb this phenomenon, ZB.com has opened an "Anti-fraud Verification Channel" window on the website. Users can enter the contact information that needs to be verified in the window, and the system will automatically check whether the contact information is the official channel of ZB.com.
ZB.com also reminds users: please do not trust any information of informal channels, beware of being deceived.
Verification method: after logging in the account, clicks the "Anti-fraud Verification Channel" at the bottom of the customer service bar to enter the "Verification Window" and enter the contact information to be verified whether it is the official external contact information.
