Why do I need to fill in MEMO/Tag/Comment?

For the convenience of management or as required by the project, the platform assigns different tags/notes (MEMO/Tag) to the deposit addresses of certain currencies for users. A MEMO is a unique string of numbers that ensures the uniqueness of the deposit address, appearing in pairs with the deposit address and corresponding one-to-one. When making a deposit, not only the deposit address but also the MEMO tag must be filled in.

How to check the MEMO?

1. Open the App homepage, click [Deposit]—select the currency in the [Currency List], for example: [XRP]

2. Below the [XRP] address is the [XRP] MEMO. Be sure to fill in the MEMO when withdrawing, otherwise, you may lose your coins.

Important Notes:

When depositing, the address and MEMO of the currency must be correctly filled in. Incorrect MEMO may result in the deposit not being credited. Please contact online customer service promptly, providing the deposited currency, amount, correct MEMO, incorrect MEMO, and the transaction hash. Customer service will assist you in resolving the issue.
