Why is the withdrawal in a failed status?
Updated on:
The failed withdrawal status is usually because the withdrawal was not successfully transferred, resulting in the withdrawal record in the backend showing as failed. In this case, your assets (including fees) will not be deducted. The reasons for withdrawal failure may include the following situations:
Situation 1: The withdrawal page displays "Withdrawal Failed"
If the withdrawal page status shows "Withdrawal Failed" and the backend withdrawal record shows as failed, it means the withdrawal was not successfully transferred, and your assets (including fees) will not be deducted.
Solution: It is recommended that you initiate the withdrawal operation again. If it still fails, please [contact customer service] (click the "Customer Service" button on the app homepage), and the customer service team will assist you in following up.
Situation 2: The withdrawal page shows an error/exception
During the withdrawal process, if you encounter a page error, such as "Internal Error" or "Invalid Currency," which prevents the withdrawal from being completed.
Solution: Please check if the withdrawal currency is supported or try refreshing the page and reattempting the operation. You can also [contact customer service] (click the customer service button on the app homepage) for confirmation.
Situation 3: Abnormal on-chain status
If the withdrawal has been transferred but there is no record on the blockchain or the status shows as failed, it may be due to an on-chain exception.
Solution: It is recommended that you check the transaction hash (Transaction ID or TxID) status to confirm the specific issue.
