Account Security Enhancement Guide

Updated on:

BitKan platform provides various security settings to help enhance your account security. Below are our recommendations for improving your account security:

1. Set a strong password to enhance security

A strong password is the first line of defense against unauthorized access. We recommend using a complex password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Ensure the password is at least 8 characters long. Avoid reusing passwords across different accounts.

2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We recommend enabling at least two of the following in [Account & Security]: [Email], [SMS Verification], or [Authenticator App] to ensure account security.

3. Set up an Anti-Phishing Code

The anti-phishing code is a unique identifier for official BitKan emails. You can log in to the BitKan official website (相关链接 ) and go to "Personal Center - Account Security - Anti-Phishing Code" to set it up. Emails sent by BitKan will include your anti-phishing code.

4. Manage Devices and Verify New Device Logins

In the APP's Personal Center, go to [Account & Security] - [Device Management] to regularly check your device login status. If you notice any suspicious login activity or other unusual behavior, promptly change your password or remove untrusted devices.
