How to change the phone number?

To update your phone number, follow these steps:
1. Open the BitKan App → Tap the profile icon → Go to [Account & Security] → [Phone Verification] → Tap [Unbind Phone Number].
2. Enter the SMS verification code sent to your current number. Once verified, you can bind a new number.
Note:
- For security, BitKan requires at least two verification methods. If prompted, bind an email or Google Authenticator.
- Changing your phone number will restrict withdrawals and C2C selling for 24 hours. Please proceed carefully.
