What to do if pending orders in the account occupy the balance and prevent trading?

If you are unable to perform normal operations during trading or withdrawing due to insufficient account balance, you can check if there are any "occupied" assets. By releasing these occupied assets, you can then use the balance normally for placing orders.
What are occupied assets?
When you place an order at a specified price, it does not immediately match with other orders in the order book. Instead, it enters the order book and waits for another party to actively match with your order. This is called a pending order. Pending orders can be understood as unfilled orders, and the assets of unfilled orders will be occupied and cannot be used for opening positions. You can view them under the [Current Orders] tab.

Unfreezing occupied assets
If your unfilled order assets are occupied, you can unfreeze the occupied assets before placing a new order.

Under [Current Orders], check the unfilled orders and click [Cancel] to release the occupied balance of that order. The unfrozen balance will be returned to the corresponding account.
