How to mine Nano on PC? Before giving you tips on how to mine Nano, we should understand what Nano is. Nano is an eco-friendly cryptocurrency, launched in October 2015, that offers fee-less and instantaneous transactions. It is a new currency to be digital and allows simple peer-to-peer transfers of value in use-cases such as remittance, microtransactions and Forex. Nano has removed efficiencies over other technologies such as proof of work, mining, or fee-based incentives. This explains why Nano has been a topic of interest among investors.

How to mine Nano on PC?

It is crucial that before any miner starts to mine Nano, he or she should invest some time into researching if their setup would actually generate any profit.

The best way to mine Nano is by using ASIC mining rigs. They are machines made of a motherboard, ASIC chip and a cooling system. They're designed specifically to mine a certain cryptocurrency and they do it well. They can solve as many cryptographic puzzles at a time. The primary investment into one of these could get paid for in a few months, but there is still a large problem with noise, heat and power demand of these machines. Furthermore, they do break down and as the machine runs 24/7, they do wear out.

Should you be interested in mining Nano on your PC, you may be at a disadvantage because a PC does not have nearly the capabilities as that of an ASIC mining rig. An alternative is to join a mining pool such as Nanopool using your PC.

In Conclusion

How to mine Nano on PC? Simply put, try not to unless you want to join a mining pool. This is due to the PC’s disadvantages compared to a typical ASIC mining rig.
