Thinking about how to sell NFTs? The possibility of turning your artwork into a non-fungible token is an inherent way many artists are exploring to sell their work. NFTs allow art to be sold digitally by establishing secure ownership of the original digital asset, and they can open up access to advance an important community of fascinated buyers.

NFT projects allow inherent holders and minters to find the best way to sell NFTs as the buyer's market for NFTs explodes in 2022 and 2023. Being the key to the crypto world, we can see the use of NFTs as a role in the development of crypto games and trying to break into more markets. NFTs are not only about digital art but every item from video to music and even real estate can be represented as an NFT.

If you want to sell NFTs, here is a quick starter guide.

How to sell NFTs?

First, if you want to sell NFTs, you must be familiar with the NFT market and where to sell. The most popular marketplaces are OpenSea, Binance, Crypto, and Rarible. We can see that Solana has its own NFT marketplace.

After that, selling the NFT is "minting" your NFT (we assume you already own the artwork you want to become an NFT). You need to choose an NFT platform and a payment wallet - the latter needs to pay for the former, and if you're lucky enough to sell your NFT, you'll need to receive any payments.

Below is a detailed guide for beginners on how to sell NFTs step by step.

- Choose Blockchain, Ethereum, or Solana to mint your artwork.

- Choose a digital wallet

- Buy cryptocurrencies to exchange and transfer to your wallet.

- Connect your wallet to the NFT platform

- Upload the files you want to mint as NFTs (images, audio, video)

- Set up auctions for your NFTs

- Write a description to sell your NFT so buyers can see information about your artwork

- Finally, you can pay the listing fee to mint your NFT, which can then be sold.

Can anything be an NFT?

Any type of digital item can be stored as an NFT. In the early days, only artwork could be set as NFTs, but most markets now support audio, video, and game items and characters as NFTs. We can see that even physical objects become collectible NFTs. We can assume that in the near future, NFTs may exist in both physical and digital spaces.

Where can I sell NFT art?

For NFT wizards, OpenSea is the best marketplace to sell and trade NFTs. Apart from that, you can also choose other popular platforms where you can sell NFT art such as Binance, Rarible and Nifty. We can see that Coinbase is testing its NFT platform in beta. We can assume this will be the next popular platform.

Summary

NFTs can be confusing and there is a lot of information to absorb and misinformation to deal with. As for the beginner, this is a step-by-step guide on how to sell NFT artwork and where you can sell NFT. Some of the most common questions might come up while you're learning how to sell an NFT so that you can read other related articles about NFT.
