You might be wondering how to use coinbase, this article is for you. We will discuss what is coinbase and How to use coinbase. In a short period of time, cryptocurrencies have gone from a small alternative investment to a collective investment worth hundreds of billions of dollars.

What is Coinbase?

Coinbase, the first major US-listed crypto business, began trading at $381 on the Nasdaq in April, giving the cryptocurrency exchange an initial fully diluted market capitalization of $99.6 billion.

Coinbase is an app that allows you to buy and sell various cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and about 50 other cryptocurrencies. You can also use Coinbase to convert one cryptocurrency to another or to send and receive cryptocurrencies with others. Just like the stock trading app you're probably already familiar with, Coinbase shows you current prices and trends in cryptocurrencies, sees your portfolio, and has news stories about the industry.

How to use Coinbase?

Coinbase is easy to set up but requires some information, including your legal name, home address, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and how you plan to use Coinbase. This is to comply with federal regulations.

- Download the Coinbase app for iPhone or Android.

- Open Coinbase and click "Get Started".

- Create an account with your email address and click "Get Started".

- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

- Enter your phone number and verify by entering the code sent to you.

- Enter your name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Note: You need to be at least 18 years old to use it.

- Enter your address.

- Choose how you will use Coinbase to invest, pay online, buy online or invest in other exchanges.

- Identify your source of income.

- Click "Let's go".

- Now you will start linking your bank accounts. Search for your bank.

- Log in to your bank account with the username and password you normally use for banking.

- Select the bank account you want to link to Coinbase to make purchases and click Continue.

Now you are ready to use coinbase.

The first thing you need to know is that Coinbase supports over 100 cryptocurrency pairs. However, you will not find all coins on the platform.

If you want to buy popular coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or even Dogecoin, you can do so on Coinbase. At a glance, you can easily understand the crypto market on Coinbase, including the best trading pairs.

Coinbase also lists its market cap, price chart, and pricing changes. You can also view all currency pairs or choose from tradable currency pairs on the platform.

Is coinbase still good for 2022?

Yes. Coinbase is one of the most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges today. It protects cash on FDIC-guaranteed accounts, lets you securely connect and trade cryptocurrencies through your bank account, and blocks suspicious accounts to keep users safe.

So I hope now you will know how to use Coinbase and whether it is still good for 2022. Coinbase Wallet is a standalone cryptocurrency wallet for iOS and Android that anyone can download, whether or not they have a Coinbase trading account. It is an alternative to other mobile wallet apps that allow you to store cryptocurrencies and the private keys of your funds are kept on the smartphone itself.
