Coinfello COO Minchi Park notes that plain-language AI eliminates Web3’s steep “tooling learning curve” and addresses post-onboarding user drop-off caused by manual maintenance fatigue.

The update introduces an intent-driven framework that eliminates manual, multi-step interface interactions. This allows users to describe a financial strategy once and have the agent manage execution, monitoring, and safety guardrails in the background.
Minchi Park, COO and co-founder of Coinfello, said natural language interfaces address a fundamental misconception in Web3 user experience by separating tool mechanics from financial literacy. Park emphasized that users who understand financial risk and hedging are often deterred not by financial logic, but by the operational tax of navigating multiple chains, wrapping tokens and managing protocol approvals.
“That is not a finance learning curve. It’s a tooling learning curve, and we’ve spent years mistaking one for the other,” Park said. “Plain language deletes the requirement to learn it at all.”
Park explained key operational insights behind agentic automation to Bitcoin.com News. She noted that while crypto users rarely drop off during initial setup, they often quit weeks later due to maintenance fatigue—such as unclaimed yield, position drift, and missed rebalancing. Furthermore, simple automated tools fail because they execute basic thresholds without priority logic.
Redefining Competition Across dApps“If a user’s entry point is a sentence, your interface stops being how you’re evaluated,” Park said. “The dApps that do well in that world won’t be the ones with the best interface. They’ll be the ones whose economics survive being read honestly by something that isn’t impressed by a landing page.”
Coinciding with the Fello 2 launch, Coinfello introduced a rewards program paid in MON, the native token of the Monad network. During an initial promotional launch period, Coinfello will distribute 100% of eligible swap fees back to active users and their referrers. Users earn an ongoing percentage of swap fees generated by their direct referrals without a cap.
Future updates will allow earned rewards to be deposited directly into a self-custodial account managed by Fello for automated compounding.
“The hardest part of DeFi isn’t one thing; it’s two: knowing the right move, and then actually making it, over and over again,” said jacobc.eth, co-founder and CEO of Coinfello. “Through a single prompt, Fello 2 transforms the manual steps in the process into automations. You describe it once, and the automation handles the schedule, the steps, and the conditions in between—on a wallet you own, with nothing executed you didn’t approve.”
