On October 22, the Sandbox announced they will stop MATIC/ Staking Pool.
After 11 months of outstanding service, the SAND/MATIC staking program will end on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
Sandbox has announced that it will stop MATIC/SAND staking pools starting October 25th, but said it will continue to offer generous rewards for SAND-only staking pools and SAND staking pools for LAND owners. The SAND/MATIC program was launched on the Polygon network late last year. Following the successful launch of the SAND token on Polygon, the developers chose to thank the early adopters who contributed to the liquidity of the network.
The termination of this staking program is only the beginning of a new era. After the SAND staking pool open to everyone on February 11, 2022 and SAND staking for LAND owners on September 22, 2022, the sandbox will continue to reward our community with different staking programs.
