Project Cherry is a decentralized autonomous organization that develops a first-layer blockchain network optimized for data manipulation. Cherry is used as a purpose-built infrastructure for decentralized applications that process data. It is built on the base layer, implements state-of-the-art encryption standards to provide second-layer scalability (zkSNARKs), and features node-level IPFS integration that allows Cherry VMs to natively interface with indexed queryable data storage and reference facilities . This novel local node-to-IPFS communication mechanism allows smart contracts to interact with the updated state of the data at runtime. These advanced features are pre-built in our core and are accessible on other blockchains through Cherry's interoperability pipeline. Decentralized applications built on Cherry or many of the most well-known decentralized networks can now leverage Cherry’s capabilities to enhance their dApps. As a result, much of the complexity of building integrated Web3 applications that process data is abstracted to the core, allowing smart contract developers to rely on a rich base-layer toolkit and ultimately focus on providing the best service to their clients.

Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, halted withdrawals on October 29, 2026 after unauthorized transfers drained one of its wallets.

Solana switched on its Alpenglow upgrade on October 21, 2026, replacing the way its validators agree that a transaction is final. Validators are the computers that run the network, and finality is the point where a transaction can no longer be reversed.
Ascending and descending triangles are the two most common right-angle chart patterns. Learn how to draw them correctly, confirm breakouts instead of guessing, project targets with the measured move, and control risk when the pattern fails.
