Xend Finance (XF) is a decentralized credit union protocol designed to optimize, improve and add value to the core business of credit unions around the world. The Xend Financial Protocol is decentralizing the saving, lending, borrowing and investing operations of credit unions and providing members of these cooperatives with multiple tiers of interest returns. Xend Finance is the first protocol for the over $2.2 trillion credit union global market. The Xend Finance network uses XEND as its native network token. XEND tokens are used to reward users who save, invest and perform different actions on the network.
Xend Finance allows credit union operations and personal savings operations on smart contracts. The Xend Financial Native Protocol blockchain charges credit unions a small fee to create a federation on smart contracts, and is charged on each full savings cycle. Fees are paid in XEND tokens. A portion of the fee is used to buy back XEND tokens to increase the liquidity of the protocol.
