Xensor, a company previously engaged in the development and production of IoT sensor hardware, uses blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem to address two increasingly prominent issues of IoT: poor security, high investment, and high maintenance costs. The Xensor project increases the efficiency of data storage and transactions by automating specific data management points, while reducing the cost of building IoT communication networks.
Xensor Tokens (XSR) will be used to exchange the data collected from the aforementioned IoT network between interested parties, thereby creating a decentralized data marketplace created by Xensor trade on. XSR tokens can also be mined through Xensor hardware, and owners of Xensor hardware can be compensated for providing data. XSR can also be used to purchase services provided by Xensor, including solution services, hardware maintenance, hardware purchases and communication network services.
