Pay close attention to the network you select when depositing or withdrawing cryptocurrency from your Binance account. Sending your tokens to the incorrect blockchain is simple to do. So, we will let you know the process of getting your crypto back from Binance bridge. Let's see.

Getting Your Crypto Back from other Platforms Excluding Binance Bridge

To exchange your tokens directly, you'll have to send your crypto back to Binance. The blockchain that your token is currently on must be compatible with the deposit network of the Binance spot wallet. As soon as it arrives, you can easily send it to your own wallet.

Manual Method

Let's transfer ERC-20 ETH back to Binance-Peg ETH (BEP-20). Make sure you have enough BNB in the wallet you're transferring from to pay for gas.

Choose ETH as the deposit currency and BEP-20 as the deposit network (BSC) on the Binance Crypto withdrawal page. If you deposit to the wrong network, Binance won't be able to get your money back.

Withdraw your ETH to a wallet supporting Ethereum and select Ethereum (ETH) ERC20 as the network of transfer after it has returned to your Binance account.

Your funds are currently safely on their way to the right blockchain in your wallet.

Wallet Supporting Ethereum or BSC

To get your tokens back, transfer your private keys to a new wallet that supports both blockchains. You can either use a private key or a seed phrase, depending on the type of wallet. You will have access to a wallet's tokens when you move the private key from that wallet to another wallet. The choice of how to use them is then entirely up to you.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to get your tokens back:

- Open your MetaMask wallet and log in. If you don't have one, you can make one instead. Both Android and iOS users can access MetaMask.

- You will have the option to copy the key or seed phrase from your previous wallet when creating a new profile.

- If using an existing account, click MetaMask, followed by your profile, in the top right corner.

- In order to add the needed cryptocurrency to your wallet's private key, click [Import Account] right away. To complete, select [Import]. You can also import a JSON file if you have one.

- Add BSC manually to MetaMask after that. Tap MetaMask in the upper middle, followed by the network choice menu. Choose [Custom RPC] from the list below.

- You must add more details in order to allow MetaMask to link to Binance Smart Chain. In order to submit transaction requests and get data from the BSC blockchain, MetaMask can use a URL.

- Now, go to the MetaMask wallet and add the right token contract. This procedure will enable your BEP-20-compatible wallet to search for the missing token. You may discover an index of currencies and tokens on BscScan.

- To prepare for the subsequent step, replicate the token contract and make sure you do not miss out on the decimal field.

- From the network menu, choose [BSC Mainnet], then [Add Token] and [Custom Token].

- Fill in the Token Contract Address, Symbol, and Precision Decimals.

Your ETH tokens should now appear in the balance of your wallet. You may then transfer it to the BEP-20 wallet address associated with the Binance account you own. If you want to switch your token to ERC-20, you can utilize Binance Bridge with MetaMask.
