Let me guess, if you are so enthusiastic to add and share ENS on MetaMask and do not know how to do it, you should read this article. In this article, we will show you how to add and share ENS on MetaMask.

How to add and share ENS on MetaMask?

Here is the step-by-step process for adding and sharing ENS on Metamask:

For Extension:

- Open the extension and click on the three dots icon.

- Click on the View on Etherscan option

- On Etherscan, click the "Token" drop-down menu and select "Ethereum Name Service (ENS)" from the drop-down menu.

- On the token page that appears, to the right of the "Profile Summary" section, copy the contract address - if you hover over it, a copy button will appear on the right.

- Without having to paste or copy anything else, open MetaMask again, scroll down to the bottom of the default view, and click the "Add Token" button.

- In the Add Token dialog box, click the Custom Token tab and enter the following information in the fields provided:

Token Contract Address: Paste the contract address you copied from Etherscan

Token Symbol: ENS

Token Decimal: 0

- Click "Next" after filling out the fields, then "Add Token"

For Mobile:

- Open the app and click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.

- Copy your account address and find your address at Etherscan

- On Etherscan, click the Tokens drop-down menu and select Ethereum Name Service (ENS) from the drop-down menu.

- On the token page that appears, scroll down to the "Profile Summary" section and copy the contract address - there should be a copy button on the right.

- Without pasting or copying anything else, open MetaMask again and select the "NFT" tab.

- Swipe down and tap "+Add NFT".

- In the Add NFT dialog, paste the contract address you copied from Etherscan into the Address field. Without closing MetaMask, go back to the browser with Etherscan open.

- On Etherscan, scroll down until you see a series of tabs; select Inventory. A box should appear with your .eth address - that's your token.

- Tap and hold the number below the token, starting with "#". When your browser menu appears, select "Copy Link Text".

- Without having to paste or copy anything else, jump back into MetaMask, paste the token ID number you just copied into the "ID" box, and hit "ADD".

So I hope now you will learn how to Add and Share ENS on MetaMask. If you click on one of the tokens, you should be able to choose to send, share, or "favorite" that token.
