Some cryptocurrencies are harder to obtain than others. Casper is one of them. But don't worry, we will walk you through how to buy casper coin, in this article.

How To Buy Casper Coin

Step 1: Register on Fiat-to-Crypto Exchange

You must first purchase one of the most popular cryptocurrencies, in this case, Ethereum (ETH). In this essay, we'll go through in detail Uphold com and Coinbase, two of the most popular fiat-to-crypto exchanges.

Step 2: Buy ETH with fiat money

Once the KYC process was complete. The addition of a payment method will be required. Here, you have the option of using a bank transfer or using a credit/debit card. You may be charged higher fees depending on your credit card company and the volatile prices when using cards but you will also make an instant purchase. While a bank transfer will be cheaper but slower, depending on the country of your residence, some countries will offer instant cash deposits with low fees.

Now that you're ready, go to the "Transact" screen, choose your fiat currency in the "From" field, and then pick Ethereum in the "To" field. Click "Preview" to check your transaction, and then "Confirm  " if everything looks okay. and kudos! You just bought your first cryptocurrency.

Step 3: Transfer ETH to an Altcoin Exchange

We must still move our ETH to an exchange where CSPR may be exchanged because it is an alternative coin; in this case, we will utilize Gate io as our exchange. A huge number of tradable cryptocurrency pairs are available on the well-known exchange Gate io.

Step 4: Deposit ETH to exchange

Depending on the policies of the exchange you might be required to go through another KYC process, this should usually take you from 30 minutes to possibly a few days maximum. Though the process should be straightforward and easy to follow. Once you're done with it you should have full access to your exchange wallet.

This screen could seem a little scary if this is your first time making a crypto deposit. But relax, it's actually much easier than sending a bank transfer. You can receive ETH by giving the sender of the money to your Gate io wallet's public address, which is displayed in the box to the right of the string of random numbers that says "ETH address." Since we will now be transferring the ETH that we previously purchased on UpHold to this wallet, click "Copy Address" or right-click the Whole address and choose "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard.

Now head back to UpHold, go to the Transact screen and click on ETH on the "From" field, choose the amount you want to send and on the "To" field choose ETH under "Crypto Network", then click "Preview withdraw".

On the next screen, paste the wallet address from your clipboard, for security considerations you should always check if both addresses are matching. It is known that there is certain computer malware that would alter the content in your clipboard into another wallet address and you will be essentially sending funds to another person.

After reviewing, click 'Confirm' to proceed, you should receive a confirmation email instantly, click on the confirmation link in the email, and your coins are on the way to Gate io.

Now go back to Gate io and head to your exchange wallets, don't worry if you haven't seen your deposit here. It is probably still being verified in the blockchain network and it should take a few minutes for your coins to arrive. Depending on the network traffic condition of the Ethereum network, during busy times it may take even longer.

You should receive a confirmation notification from Gate io once your ETH has arrived. And you are now finally ready to purchase CSPR!

Step 5: Trade CSPR

Go back to Gate io, then go to 'Exchange'. Boom! What a view! The constantly flicking figures might be a bit scary, but relax, let's get our heads around this.

As we are trading an ETH to altcoin pair, make sure "ETH" is chosen in the search bar in the right-hand column. When you click on it and enter "CSPR," CSPR/ETH should appear; choose that combination, and A price chart for CSPR/ETH should appear in the middle of the page.

Choose the "Market" tab inside the box, as that is the most straightforward type of buying order, as it is below, where there is a box with a green button that says "Buy CSPR." You can either fill in the amount or click on the percentage boxes to specify how much of your deposit you want to put toward purchases. Click "Buy CSPR" once everything has been verified. Voila! You've finally purchased CSPR!

How To Buy Casper Coin? Well, I guess now you know how to do so.
