Eigenpie, a rising project in the decentralized finance space, has recently announced its upcoming IDO (Initial DEX Offering) on the Magpie Launchpad through the Arbitrum network. Many in the community are eager to learn about the specifics of when Eigenpie's IDO will happen and how participants can get involved. This article will cover the key details and answer frequently asked questions surrounding the IDO, focusing on when it will take place and what participants can expect.

When Will Eigenpie's IDO Take Place?

Eigenpie has scheduled its IDO to begin on September 20 at 21:00 Beijing time, and it will run until September 24 at 21:00. Snapshots to determine the allocation of the IDO quota will be taken between September 18 and 20 for vlMGP holders, MGP, and vlMGP burners. This ensures that participants are properly accounted for in the IDO allocation process. The timing is critical for anyone looking to participate, so make sure you are aware of the snapshot dates and the official start time.

What Are the IDO Rounds for Eigenpie?

Eigenpie's IDO consists of two rounds: a private placement round and a public round.

1. Private Placement Round:

- This will last for 24 hours and has a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of $3 million.

- The distribution of the private placement round is as follows: Eigenpie Points holders will receive 70.59%, vlMGP holders will receive 20.59%, and MGP / vlMGP burners will receive 8.82% of the allocated tokens.

- Tokens in this round will be locked for 6 months and then gradually unlocked over 2 years.

2. Public Round:

- This will last for 72 hours, with an FDV of $6 million.

- The final token price will be determined by dividing the total funds committed by the number of tokens sold.

- Unlike the private round, tokens from the public round will be 100% unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE).

How Are the Tokens Allocated in Eigenpie's IDO?

A total of 3.600.000 EGP tokens will be distributed through the IDO. The private round tokens will be locked for a significant period, while public round tokens will be immediately available. This allocation strategy is designed to reward early investors who hold Eigenpie Points, vlMGP, or burn MGP/vlMGP, giving them preferential access to the private round.

Conclusion:

Eigenpie's IDO on the Magpie Launchpad offers a structured and exciting opportunity for investors to get involved. The timing and allocation process is crucial for those interested in participating. Make sure to take note of the important dates, especially the snapshot period from September 18 to 20 . and prepare for the IDO starting on September 20 at 21:00 Beijing time.
