Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget recently introduced an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered feature for its grid trading strategy, enabling users to automate their trading using trading algorithms. The AI strategies aim to simplify the process of strategy creation by allowing ing users to select and create strategies intuitively through simple numbers and charts. Users only need to input the desired strategy and investment amount, and the AI model will generate various strategies within the chosen currency pair. Unlike general-purpose large language models such as ChatGPT, Bitget's AI Trading bots use small language models that iterate over thousands of parameters for strategy creation.
Different AI strategies offered by Bitget's grid trading robot have distinct parameter settings, including the number of positions added, the multiplier for adding position amounts, and the take profit percentage. However, the real-time synchronization of price data between multiple users pose challenges. To address this, Bitget employs distributed computing and load balancing technology to enhance the system's concurrent processing capability. This approach helps distribute transactions across multiple nodes, minimizing single points of failure and ensuring high tolerance.
It is important to note that the current AI strategy provided by Bitget serves as a reference for users, while the selection of strategies based on future market judgments is still done by the users themselves. In the next stage, Bitget plans to develop an AI bot capable of learning price predictions. Although the bot is currently under intensive development, the exchange has expressed its intention to expand its AI capabilities.
Bitget made headlines earlier in April when it pledged $10 million to the Fetch.ai blockchain ecosystem. This move occurred during the popularity surge of ChatGPT, a large language model developed by OpenAI. By incorporating AI into its trading platform, Bitget aims to offer users Enhanced trading automation and improved decision-making capabilities based on AI-driven strategies.
