According to Dune Analytics data, the cumulative total minting of BNB Chain’s soul-bound token BAB has exceeded 200,000 (201,173), of which 2,942 have been revoked and the current effective number is 198,231. As previously reported, on September 8, Binance officially launched the soul-bound token BAB. BAB will serve as the identity certificate for users who have completed KYC. Users can mint BAB tokens on the BNB Chain as identity certificates, and participate in the construction of multiple projects and Earn rewards.
Soulbound Token on BNB Chain About BAB Token:
The Binance Account Bound (BAB) token is the identity credential for Binance users who have completed KYC verification. It will first be issued by Binance on the BNB chain. Several projects on the BNB chain will introduce the BAB token to their community as an identity credential. Once a verified Binance user has created a BAB token, the user will be able to participate in building supporting projects on-chain and earn rewards. BNB Chain will announce details later.
Features of BAB Token:
Non-transferable: Users cannot transfer BAB tokens to other users.
Revocable: Users can revoke their BAB tokens.
Unique: A verified Binance user ID allows users to mint only one BAB token on a certain chain.
