According to Coindesk Korea, shortly after South Korean prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for Terra founder Do Kwon on September 14, 3,313 BTC in the LFG wallet address were successively transferred to two crypto trading platforms outside South Korea. OKX 1,959 BTC, transferred to Kucoin 1,354 BTC, a total of about 66.59 million US dollars. At present, the South Korean prosecutors have frozen the BTC transferred to Kucoin, and believe that Do Kwon’s behavior may be suspected of escape, money laundering and other crimes.
It is reported that LFG is a non-profit consortium established by Do Kwon in January to defend the price (reserve) of LUNA (Terra). It once owned BTC worth 4 trillion won, but the specific usage details cannot be confirmed.
