Solana Foundation recently released the verifier health report. According to the report, Solana's main network beta network was launched in March 2020. Now it has developed into a network composed of more than 3400 verifiers on six continents, including more than 1900 consensus nodes. Since June 2021, an average of 95 new consensus nodes and 99 RPC nodes have joined the network every month.
The Nakamoto coefficient of Solana is 31, which has been steadily rising, higher than avalanche, BNB chain and polygon. It is reported that in the POS network, the Zhongben coefficient is an indicator of the anti censorship of the blockchain and represents the minimum number of nodes required to obtain 33.4% of the voting rights.
