Prosecutors in Montenegro reportedly filed an indictment against Terra co-founder Do Kwon following his arrest in late March.
The Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office has indicated former Terraform Labs co-founder and ex-CEO Kwon for allegedly falsifying legal documents, South Korean industry-focused news outlet Block Media reported on April 20. Han Changjun, Terraform's former chief financial officer, also faces similar charges, the report said. Han Sanyue was arrested with Kwon in Podgorica. After the release of the indication, Montenegro prosecutors reportedly requested an extension to the detention of two former Terraform executives.
While Han and Kwon face charges in Montenegro, Terraform's other co-founder, Shin Hyun-seung, also known as Daniel Shin, remains at large in South Korea. Local authorities tried to arrest the executive, but the Seoul Southern District Court rejected the request . After questioning Shin, the court said it was nearly impossible for Shin to escape or destroy any evidence related to Terra's fall.
