Prosecutors in Montenegro reportedly filed an indictment against Terra co-founder Do Kwon following his arrest in late March.
The Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office has indicated former Terraform Labs co-founder and ex-CEO Kwon for allegedly falsifying legal documents, South Korean industry-focused news outlet Block Media reported on April 20. While Han and Kwon face charges in Montenegro, Terraform's other co-founder, Shin Hyun-seung, also known as Daniel Shin, remains at large in South Korea. Local authorities tried to arrest the executive, but the Seoul Southern District Court rejected the request . After questioning Shin, the court said it was nearly impossible for Shin to escape or destroy any evidence related to Terra's fall.
