Montenegrin prosecutors have filed an indictment proposal against Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon, Bloomberg Law reported, citing Montenegrin newspaper Vijesti.
Kwon and Terraform Labs CFO Han Chang-joon were arrested in Montenegro last month and charged with falsifying documents. An extradition request was made following the arrest, but it is unclear to which country he will be extradited.
He faces criminal charges in his native South Korea and the United States. Kwon has been on the run since the Terra ecosystem collapsed last summer, sending shockwaves through the cryptocurrency market.
