The decentralized code collaboration protocol Radicle, or "Decentralized GitHub", the Radicle governance token RAD will support a large number of Ethereum-integrated functional payments, Radicle network public ownership, collective governance, and long-term sustainability. RAD token holders do not have to pay to interact with the Ethereum-based protocol, that is, token holders can avoid paying or enjoy a certain fee discount, and participate in network governance.
