Childhood of Changpeng Zhao
CZ was twelve years old when he and his parents came to Canada. With companions from all ethnicities and backgrounds, he entered his adolescent years in Vancouver.

He subsequently established his first business, Fusion Systems, which created trading platforms for brokers. He was involved with a number of cryptocurrency businesses prior to the founding of Binance, including his role as Head of Technology at Blockchain.com. CZ's interest in Bitcoin, the most popular digital currency in the world, grew throughout this time.
Despite coming from the traditional banking world, CZ was inspired by Bitcoin because of its lack of boundaries and lack of middlemen. He admired how many money-related difficulties, such supply, freedom of trade, and low costs, were handled by Bitcoin.
How did CZ build Binance in a short period of time?
CZ founded Binance in less than eight months after being inspired by the principles of Bitcoin. After being introduced in July 2017, Binance Coin was introduced the following year. Binance's worth increased later in the year, reaching $4.5 billion in April. There has been continued growth.
After receiving approval to begin operations in April, Binance has already begun to expand in Abu Dhabi, furthering its regional goals. Currently, Binance has over 120 million users, and the platform facilitates daily trades worth $50 billion.
With a projected net worth of $34.5 billion as of August 2022, Zhao is currently ranked 35th among the world's richest people. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, this is the case. The majority of CZ's net worth is made up of cryptocurrencies.
