Riot is a pioneer in the Bitcoin mining industry. The business was incorporated in 2000 under the name Riot Blockchain after changing its previous name, Bioptix, Inc. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, they are. Then, how many Bitcoins does Riot have?

As of October 4th, 2022, their current hashing capacity is 5.6 EH/S. They are anticipated to start operating with 12.6 EH/S of mining capacity at the beginning of 2023. They revealed a new project they had begun in Corsicana, Texas, in April 2022. This new addition has a 1,000 MW power capacity and a possible hashrate of 41 EH/S.

The company's significant mining operations allow it to accumulate Bitcoin. Operation Whinstone US, which is based in Rockdale, Texas, is one of them. According to mining capacity, this is presently the biggest Bitcoin mining facility in North America. The CEO of Riot is Jason Les. Since 2013, he has been working on open-source projects, mining Bitcoin, and studying protocol development.

The CFO is Jeff McGonegal. In 1975, Jeff passed the CPA exam and has worked in the accounting industry ever since. The Executive Chairman is Benjamin Yi. He has particular expertise in company development, governance, and strategy. As General Counsel at Riot Blockchain, William Jackman mostly handles legal matters.

Let’s talk about the question we all want to know: how many Bitcoins does Riot have? The answer is: as of October 4th, 2022, Riot Blockchain, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIOT) held 6,775 Bitcoins.

As a leading Bitcoin mining business, it is not surprising that Riot has over 6,000 Bitcoins.
