If you’re wondering how to cancel a pending withdrawal on Ronin, you’ve visited the right place! In this short brief, we will be stating the steps to perform all-things withdrawal on Ronin.

How to Confirm a Successful Withdrawal?

The first step to finding a missing withdrawal is to confirm that your withdrawal transaction was successful. Below are the steps to confirm the withdraw was successful:

1. Check your Ronin wallet's "Activities" tab.

2. Confirm your withdrawal has a successful status.

3. If the transaction is not present in the Activities tab, you can check the explorer directly (explorer.roninchain.com) by searching your Ronin address.

If the transaction failed, you need to submit a new withdrawal request.

How to Cancel a Pending Withdrawal on Ronin?

If you only approved the withdrawal in Ronin, the transaction is still pending on the bridge and needs to be approved in Metamask. However, if you’re looking to cancel the transaction, a pending withdrawal cannot be canceled once approved in Ronin unfortunately.

How to Check for Pending Withdrawals on the Bridge?

Check for pending withdrawals:

1. Visit the bridge withdrawal page.

2. Click the Wallet icon on the top right corner

3. Enter the ETH address you sent funds to.

4. If a transaction is still pending on the bridge, it will be displayed below the search box. To complete the transaction, press the "Confirm" button. Metamask will pop up asking for confirmation.

If you followed the steps above but got a gray screen with the error "An unexpected error has occurred." Please clear your cache and cookies. Then try checking for pending withdrawals again or try on a different browser.

Pending Withdrawal Reconfirmation

There are times when your transaction gets interrupted and you will need to resubmit the transaction in the Ronin Network once again. To resubmit your transaction:

1. Check for Pending withdrawals on the Bridge.

2. You will see a notification under the pending withdrawal saying 'There has been an interruption in your transaction. Please submit to the Ronin network again.' Press on the "Resubmit" button.

3. Sign the Ronin Wallet confirmation.

4. Resubmit button will be grayed once you have signed the transaction from Ronin Wallet and please wait until the "Confirm" button lights up (this might take up to a minute or longer).

Press the "Confirm" button. Metamask will pop up asking for confirmation.

Confirm Funds Are in Your Metamask Wallet

If a pending withdrawal is not found in the section above or you know the transaction was approved in Metamask, then the funds may be in your wallet. You can use ETHerscan to check your wallet.

1. Visit ETHerscan.

2. Enter your metamask wallet address in the search box.

3. In the token row, open the dropdown menu to see your tokens. If you see your token here but not in Metamask, you need to add the token to Metamask.

Summary

That is all for withdrawals on Ronin and for those who were wondering how to cancel a pending withdrawal on Ronin, you should now know that it cannot be done once the withdrawal has been approved on Ronin.
