In a new music video, Snoop Dogg and Eminem transform into bored apes.
The animated Bored Ape Yacht Club PFPs from the hip-hop legends may be seen in the video for "From The D 2 The LBC." That is a hint for what Eminem’s NFT is. YES! Obviously BAYC.
Animated versions of their Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) avatars are featured in a music video that was just released by NFT-loving rap icons Snoop Dogg and Eminem.
The video for the song, "From The D 2 The LBC," opens with a glimpse of Eminem getting ready to record a take in the recording booth. He yells at Snoop, who is sitting in the control room smoking a blunt the size of a small log, "Yo, why's it so smoky in here man?!"
The two then physically turn into Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs in a mixed cartoon/live action environment while Eminem becomes high from the passive smoke. The song had its debut at the conclusion of this year's ApeFest, an annual gathering of BAYC and Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) members in Manhattan, New York.
Eminem's Twitter profile photo demonstrates that he is a happy owner of a Bored Ape NFT. At the end of the previous year, he paid 123.45 ETH ($452,000 at the time) for the avatar. Additionally, he appears to have purchased 26 additional NFTs on OpenSea under the name "Shady Holdings."
