How does Loopring work?

Loopring (LRC) achieves better performance than traditional decentralized exchanges by creating "fast lanes" where transactions are aggregated and executed off-chain to avoid Ethereum's network congestion.
Loopring is layer 2 and it utilizes an encryption technique called zkRollups. ZkRollups are the secret sauce of Loopring. This is done by using a layer 2 scaling solution called zkRollups, which bundles a large number of transactions off-chain and then submits them to the Ethereum blockchain as a single transaction.
The "zk" in zkRollup stands for "zero knowledge" and refers to the type of proof that Loopring must provide to verify that off-chain transactions are accurate. No information was disclosed about the statement.
