What Time Are Gas Fees Lowest? You should be aware as a cryptocurrency investor that some days and times are preferred than others for sending transactions through the Ethereum network.

What Time Are Gas Fees Lowest?

It is obvious that supply and demand have a significant role in how transactions on the Ethereum blockchain are processed. To register transactions on the blockchain, miners must perform the computational work, which needs a sufficient reward.

In light of this, there are some days and times when the network receives fewer transactions and experiences reduced Ethereum fees. When are the Ethereum gas fees the lowest?

Between 2 and 6 PM UTC, Ethereum transaction fees are the highest. The best times to do Ethereum transactions are early in the morning, between 1:00 and 2:00 UTC, or late at night, between 9:00 and 11:00 UTC.

You should keep in mind that the majority of transactions take place in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Because fewer people work on weekends, historically, gas fees are lower on Saturdays and Sundays. You will save money on Ethereum gas fees if you try to avoid their work hours.

On Ethereum, you may know the price of gas fees based on the time of day. You can also check the gas price in gwei in real-time on Etherscan.

Remember that the gas fees depend on ETH price and the level of congestion of the network.
