Bitcoin is a digital asset and payment system with a market cap of approximately $747.34 billion as of April 12, 2022. So who are the top Bitcoin Millionaires and what do you need to become a cryptocurrency millionaire. Let’s find out by reading the article below.

Who Are The Top Bitcoin Millionaires?

Changpeng Zhao (CZ)

Changpeng Zhao is the founder of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. Zhao's net worth was $96 billion in January 2022, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

The publication wrote that Zhao's wealth may be "significantly higher" because their estimate does not take into account his personal crypto wealth, which includes his holdings of Bitcoin and Binance Coin, the cryptocurrency used for Binance transactions.

As of January 2023, Zhao’s net worth is 4.5 billion.

Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss

The popular twin brothers, famous for the movie The Social Network, who sued against Facebook also joined the list of the top cryptocurrency billionaires. How did the brothers ensure success in the crypto space? The brothers' ingenious plan is to turn their $65 million settlement from Mark Zuckerberg into a digital cold chain.

In 2012, they both made almost $4 billion in crypto fortunes investing in Bitcoin. The brothers diversified their portfolio and launched Gemini, a crypto exchange. On top of that, they are also the owners of Nifty Gateway, an NFT auction platform. As of January 2023, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss net worth is 1.1 billion.

Brian Armstrong

The next top candidate for the list of top cryptocurrency billionaires will mention Brian Armstrong. He is the CEO and founder of Coinbase and has a net worth of nearly $6.6 billion. In its April 2021 public listing, Coinbase achieved a $100 billion valuation. The market capitalization is now almost half of its initial value. However, that would still be enough for Armstrong, who owns just 19% of Coinbase, to rank third on the 2022 Crypto Rich List. As of January 2022, Brian Armstrong net worth is 1.8 billion.

What do you need to become a cryptocurrency millionaire?

First, we must point out that becoming a cryptocurrency millionaire in the next few years is no easy feat. Therefore, it is necessary to know some requirements to make this possible:

1. You need to invest in cryptocurrencies regularly for years to come. Investing a few hundred dollars every 6 months is probably not enough.

2. Your bankroll must be high enough. You don't have to invest $20,000 all at once. But your investment should be at least five figures over the next few years.

3. You have to invest very carefully in order to buy and sell at the right time.

I hope this article will help you to learn who are the top Bitcoin Millionaires and what do you need to become a cryptocurrency millionaire. To become a millionaire owning cryptocurrencies, you have to make a profit in time before the price drops again.
